Step 1: Getting to Know You
During our first meeting, we will get to know you and your company while also allowing you to meet our team, discuss strategy and maybe share a few laughs along the way.

Step 2: Gathering Information
A designated project coordinator will send you an online questionnaire that allows you to share some more details about your company and what you’d like Jet Creative to do for you. This gives you time to reflect on our previous conversation and decide exactly what you want. You will also receive a link to a Dropbox folder, where you can upload photos and other files you’d like to share with us.

Step 3: Research
Meanwhile, we will thoroughly research your industry and meet internally to make sure we’re 100-percent ready to make your project a success.

Step 4: The Words
Our professional copywriter will outline and write all copy for your website in a Word document. This will include taglines and other elements to add your brand’s personality and voice into the site. You will have the opportunity to read through all copy, make changes and send it back to us exactly as you want it.

Step 5: The Design
Once we know what you want your website to say, our talented designer will begin creating and programming the website. She may reach out to you with a question or two, but otherwise you can just sit back and focus on your business.

Step 6: The Unveiling
Now comes the exciting part – seeing your website in all its glory! When we send you the site, it will be 95% complete. You will have the opportunity to request changes and approve the final site before it goes live.

Step 7: The Best Part
We make your website live, and you get to share it with the world. We can train you on how to update the website yourself as time goes on. We also offer monthly retainer packages that allow you to send us updates to implement on the site for you.
